Bonaire Church has an opening for a Youth Minister. This position requires a person of deep personal faith and maturity with a passion and ability for leading and facilitating programs and spiritual growth for youth (grades 6-12). This position should stay current with trends within the faith community to help create opportunities to instruct youth through Biblical teaching, spiritual retreats, worship, and activities that provide adventure and fun.  This position should also seek ways to minister to the families of youth and involve the youth in the life of the whole church. This is a full-time position with hours in the church office each week, in addition to Sunday and Wednesday meetings with the youth and time dedicated to attending youth events to build relationships with the youth and their families.
