Jason Dickerson
Pastor
Jason has been Pastor of Bonaire Church since 2020. He is passionate about helping people experience an authentic relationship with Jesus in both worship and daily life. Originally from Ripon, Wisconsin, he studied at Asbury University and Asbury Theological Seminary and has served churches in both Wisconsin and Georgia since 1999. Jason enjoys puzzles and reading in his free time and is grateful for his wife, Melissa, and their two daughters, Hannah (married to Eli) and Rebekah, who are both pursuing careers in music education.
Jeremy Fermin
Minister of Choral Music
Jeremy has served at Bonaire Church since 2021, where he leads the adult choir and helps create a Christ-centered worship experience through music. He also works as the Marketing & Communications Specialist for the City of Warner Robins and previously spent a decade in public education, earning Teacher of the Year honors at both Veterans High School and Bradwell Institute. A graduate of the University of Georgia and former Drum Major of the Redcoat Marching Band, Jeremy now enjoys life with his wife, Claire, and their 3-year-old daughter, Asa Kate.
Brittany Butler
Minister of Care
Brittany has served at Bonaire Church for several years and loves helping people experience the love of Christ through the life and ministries of the church and especially through prayer. Growing up in middle Georgia, she has been active in church life from a young age and has found joy serving in both children’s and adult ministries. She enjoys writing poetry, crafting, and crocheting, and feels blessed to use her creativity and organization to serve others. Brittany and her husband, Travis, are grateful to raise their children, Kobe and Brent, in a Christ-centered community and love being part of what God is doing at Bonaire.
Alane Condet
Administrator
Alane has been part of Bonaire Church since 2017 and joined the staff in 2022. Originally from Michigan, she spent 27 years in Southern California before moving to Georgia with her family. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from San Diego State University and has a background in both social work and education. Alane has a heart for animals in need and enjoys caring for her six rescue cats, along with fostering dogs and cats. She is grateful to raise her children, Addie and Ryan, in a Christ-centered community and hopes everyone who enters Bonaire Church feels welcome and knows they matter.
Jessi Marlow
Minister of Families and Programs
Jessi has devoted most of her adult life to ministry and is passionate about building up the Body of Christ. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. Jessi and her husband, Jason, are proud parents of two grown sons, Wylde and Dylan, and are overjoyed by their first grandchild, Baylor. She treasures staying actively involved in her family’s lives while continuing to serve and encourage others in ministry.
AJ Ledford
Media and Technology Specialist
AJ has been serving at Bonaire Church since 2023 and is passionate about reaching people through social media to share the good news of the Lord and connect them to church. Born and raised in Warner Robins, Georgia, he spent some time working in Columbia, South Carolina, before returning home, where he felt an immediate call to ministry at Bonaire Church. AJ enjoys hunting, fishing, working with his hands, and helping people whenever he can.
Larry Anderson
Pianist
Larry has served as pianist at Bonaire Church since 2015 and loves using his music to point others to Christ. After attending Shorter University, he served four years in the Air Force before beginning a long career with Southern Bell, later BellSouth Telecommunications, where he worked until retiring in 2003. Larry also served as organist and pianist at Northbrook UMC in Roswell, Georgia, from 1979 to 2013, where he was honored as Organist Emeritus. He enjoys watching sports and playing golf and is grateful for his three grown children, Zachary, Karen, and Julie.
